Craig D. Mitchell is a Director primarily focused on investment screening and due diligence activities.  Craig has over 13 years of accounting, consulting, and finance experience.  Most recently, Craig spent several years in the mergers and acquisitions group at a major investment bank advising corporate and private equity clients.

Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Craig is also a CPA and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
