Michael A. Elio is a Managing Director and leads the activities of the Boston office.  Additionally, Mike continues to maintain monitoring responsibilities for numerous funds and direct investments.

Mike has over fourteen years of experience in alternative assets.  Prior to joining LPCA, Mike led the consulting group for a Boston based global financial services firm, led the investor relations team for a Zurich based global investment bank, and worked with a boutique GP making direct early-stage venture investments.  Collectively, Mike has performed due diligence, investment monitoring, and performance reporting on over $150 billion in assets.

Mike has achieved the following NASD licenses: Series 3 - Commodity Futures & Options, Series 7 - General Securities Representative, Series 24 - General Securities Principal, Series 27 - Financial & Operation Principal and Series 63 - Uniform Securities Law, and received a degree in Economics from Fairfield University.
