Donn K. Cox is a Managing Director and the founding Partner of LPCA.  Donn oversees all client relationships and manages the operations of the Firm.  Additionally, Mr. Cox continues to maintain monitoring responsibilities for numerous funds and co-investments.  Donn has over 18 years of professional experience with large financial, accounting, and consulting organizations performing due diligence, investment monitoring, fund workouts, performance and analytics, and other research and analysis for a variety of institutional and strategic investors. 

Donn earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting from Gonzaga University and is a CPA (inactive) and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
